The Metuchen Borough Improvement League sponsors Family Fun Day on June 9 at the Old Franklin Schoolhouse. This year, Fuccile Foundation, a federally recognized 501(c)3 that distributes donations to help local families in need, will benefit from the annual fundraiser. Performers include Danny Adlerman, Barefoot Books Story Telling, and Mike Napolitano from the Preschool of Rock. Special features include the appearance of M.C. Blue the recycling robot, Keep Middlesex Moving with pedestrian safety booth and giveaways, and Happy Paws Animal Rescue. There were games, crafts, activities, face painting, and more, as well as some family friendly fundraising vendors. www.boroughimprovementleague.org
