Project Porchlight is an award-winning energy-efficiency initiative of One Change, brought to you by New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program and the Board of Public Utilities. The group works with communities across the U.S., spreading the message that simple actions can make a big difference when it comes to helping the environment. They are currently in the middle of a campaign in New Jersey where we are handing out ENERGY STAR-qualified compact fluorescent light (CFL) bulbs.
