Downtown Metuchen Do-Mob Get-Together: March 31, 2014

Got an idea for a project you want to work on to better Metuchen’s Main Street and Downtown? Either solo or with a small group? Short-term or long-term?
This will be an action-oriented, non-bureaucratic working project group that gets together to support each other on small, do-able efforts.
There are many big ideas and plans in the works for improving Metuchen’s Main Street. But those will all take a long time. In the meantime, there is plenty we can all do that doesn’t include any red tape or special committees or lots of back-and-forth.
Maybe it’s an event you want to pull together. Or a petition you want to start. Or letters you want to send. Or a Flash/Cash Mob. Or a social media campaign. Or questions you want to ask someone. Or a beautification project. Or research you want to do online.
Whatever your project idea, bring it on!
It’ll be a quick-and-dirty meeting to introduce ourselves and discuss some do-able, workable projects we want to work on.
