The Metuchen High School Footlighters’ spring musical is The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Spelling Bee is a hilarious send-up of a middle school spelling competition that mixes actors and audience volunteers, so the show changes nightly. You may have to come see it more than once! Performances are Thursday March 24, Friday March 25, and Saturday March 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Tickets are $8.00 in advance at the high school (also children and senior citizens), and $10.00 at the door. Spelling Bee is rated PG for some adult humor and references.
