Metuchen Savings Bank will host Metuchen Cares: an Economic Forum for First Time Home Buyers on Thursday, April 24th from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Edison Branch YMCA Community Campus at 1775 Oak Tree Rd, Edison. This seminar is an ongoing effort to educate consumers on becoming homeowners and achieving the American Dream. Topics discussed will include: First Steps, Mortgage Pre?Qualification Info, Understanding Your Credit Scores & Discovering Down Payment Sources.
Armando Faria, Loan Originator will be joined by Michele Palmucci, Loan Originator as keynote speakers. Ken Totten, Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Metuchen Savings Bank said,
